Detergent with rice bran extract to combat fine dust~.
Dongbang B&H introduces "Excellent fine dust removal effect"

As fine dust has emerged as a serious social problem, a detergent containing rice bran extract that effectively removes it is attracting attention. The company that launched the detergent is Dongbang B&H (Chairman Kim Tae-hee, pictured), a promising venture company that prioritizes healthy living. The company, which has been using corn, yuzu, and coconut ingredients to make detergents, has recently introduced a detergent containing rice bran extract in response to the recent concern about fine dust.

Rice bran extract is known to be rich in phytic acid, which is effective in removing fine dust adsorbed on fibers. Due to this effect, the company's products containing rice bran extract are highly praised by major customers such as Lotte Mart and general consumers. "Customers love our products because of their excellent effectiveness in removing fine dust," said Lee Sang-il, CEO of Dongbang B&H. "As a result, five of our products have been included in the top 10 eco-friendly baby detergents online."

Functional soaps manufactured and supplied by Dongbang B&H are also popular. For example, the laundry soap <U-Za>, which is safe for children with sensitive skin, is exported to China at a rate of about 1 million pieces per month, helping the company grow. Currently, the company produces more than 200 types of soaps, liquid detergents, and cosmetics and supplies them to more than 50 customers, including Amorepacific, Nonghyup, and Hanmi Pharmaceutical. It also exports to six countries, including China, Vietnam, and Thailand. Last year, sales reached 13 billion won, up more than 10 percent from the previous year.

"We will continue to strive to supply products that are eco-friendly and recognized for their outstanding effectiveness," said Kim Tae-hee.

Hwaseong Kim Ki-hong Reporter sigmaxp@nongmin.com
