What is the legal process and cost of private labeling a soap or detergent?
A
-In order to sell cosmetics, including beauty soap, domestically, the seller must obtain a cosmetics responsible sales business license. -To make liquid laundry detergent, the seller must file a report with the Ministry of Environment before manufacturing the product, obtain a notification number (costing around 1 million won), and indicate the notification number on the product label.

How long does it take to pay for a product?
A
Our fast delivery system allows us to deliver single boxes/containers within 30-45 days of ordering. We have data on various formulations and collaborate with our own planning team and laboratories for fast delivery.

I want to create my own brand of soap or liquid products, what is the minimum quantity?
A
The minimum quantity for soaps is 10,000 pieces and 5,000 pieces for liquids.

I want to distribute my branded products domestically and internationally, what are the conditions?
A
Supply prices for branded products are determined by MOQ. Please contact your representative for more information.
Q
I want to outsource the development and production of my product, how do I do that?
A
Development requests will be processed according to our ODM development process. First, we will conduct market research, and if you have samples or products for reference, you can bring them to meet with our sales representative. To determine the formulation, a meeting will be held with a researcher if necessary, and we will decide on the packaging and specifications together.

I'd like to sample soap before full production, what is the process and cost?
A
You can request a sample after discussing your desired shape/color/flavor/extract in a meeting with a sales representative. If you request, it will cost around 200,000 won to make a sample.

Can I trust the quality of the product?
A
We use only EWG1 (green grade) raw materials of reliable quality with international ISO22716 (cGMP) certified facilities and are manufactured under the know-how and thorough inspection process of the head researcher with 20 years of experience.

What items are eligible for progression?
A
1) Soap, 2) Detergents, 3) Cosmetics (hand wash, shampoo, etc.), 4) Animal products, etc.

Can we do containers and packaging?
A
Yes, we can do that. If you can supply your own materials, we can provide them in batches, or if you prefer, we can provide turnkey containers and packaging. If you don't have the capacity to produce large quantities, we can also work with you on small batches using our own containers and packaging.

What is the daily production volume for soap and mild acid products?
A
The daily production of regular soap is 50,000 to 60,000 pieces, while functional and mild acid products are around 30,000 pieces per day. For liquid products such as detergent, hand wash, and shampoo, production is 10,000 pieces per day.

Can you do OEM and ODM production for the products you produce?
A
